Learn how to conduct hearings under the new Title IX regulations. This online training will provide you with the opportunity to gain or further develop your existing skills related to conducting and participating in Title IX hearings. In this course, we will discuss the new requirements under Title IX related to hearings, best practices in higher education hearings, as well as foundations of equity, due process, trauma-informed practices and upholding student and staff rights.
