This online training provides 4 hours of video instruction and fulfills Oregon's annual training requirements outlined in HB 3415 (2019). Questions on course material may be submitted through the course platform or discussed during weekly office hours, available by sign-up.
Per the requirements of HB 3415, the information and materials contained in this training are gender-responsive (but not reliant on gender stereotypes) and account for the unique needs of individuals who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, gender nonconforming, and/or gender nonbinary.

Identify Oregon definitions for sexual assault, sexual harassment, stalking, dating violence, and domestic violence.
Examine conduct prevalence rates.
Understand trauma-informed best practices.
Review best practices for addressing bias and increasing accessibility for students through the use of an anti-oppression framework.
Identify effective interviewing techniques.

All upcoming training events are up to date with the new Title IX regulations that come into effect on August 14th, 2020.
Certificate of Completion
Certificates of completion will be delivered by email. Certificates will only be emailed to students who have completed the course in its entirety.
