Informal Resolution Models

Join TIX Education Specialists for a 2-hour look at informal resolution models. 

One of the biggest recent changes to Title IX is the option for institutions to provide an informal resolution process as an alternative to the formal resolution process after a formal Title IX complaint has been filed. While not required, an informal resolution process is another tool your institution can utilize to provide more options for reporting parties.
